City of St. Catharines ignores the pleas of citizens wanting safe accessibility

Well, here i am a year later still no crosswalk.
Last Feb. 2010 the City of St. Catharines announced they would be installing the
"long awaited" crosswalk north of Ted. ST. on Geneva ST. NOT MY PREFERRED LOCATION but I
thought, at least its a start. When I call the City of St. Catharines, they say its the Region of Niagaras' responsibility. When I called the region and spoke with Morris (?) he told me it
was the City of St. Catharines who took care of it. WHO IS LYING???
