Fairview Mall Entrance Traffic Lights with Crosswalks to NOWHERE

Well, here is the south crosswalk at the Fairview Mall, Geneva St. traffic lights - the only place to "safely" cross Geneva St. to
access the Fairview Mall besides the traffic light at Carlton/QEW at Geneva OR all the way down to Scott. St. at Geneva St. (quite a distance away!)
This crosswalk ENDS before it reaches a sidewalk in the right turn lane for vehicles exiting the Fairview Mall parking lot.
Again, I can't stress enough, IMAGINE having a baby stroller, young children, a disability or being a senior and you cross the intersection and end up in a NO FOOT TRAFFIC area. Where can you safely access a pedestrian route to the Mall??
There isn't one!
